We've had our first consultation, what are the next steps?


Once we've had our first consultation, a Website Development Proposal is sent to you. This includes an outline of what we discused along with timeline and cost. Upon agreement, a Website Development Contract is sent for you to review. Upon agreement, you will receive your invoice of which a minium 50% deposit is required for website work to begin. Upon completion, a preview link will be sent to you and final customization work done based on your feedback. Once final deposit is made, the website is transferred to your Wix account, following which we do website maintenance training.




What forms of payment do you accept?


For your convenience, I accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo and Zelle.




What's your average turnaround time?


A typical website takes a minimum of 5 days to complete, excluding weekends and US Public holidays. The timeline, however, can be impacted by a number of factors including, but not limited to the pace at which content is provided.




Do you offer ongoing support after website is complete?


If needing ongoing or occasional support, I offer solutions that will save you time and money and give you the peace of mind that your online presence will always best represent your vision and mission. Available for purchase are blocks of hours that can be used any time toward minor website adjustments. These blocks of hours never expire.




What is your refund policy?


You can halt work and apply by email for a refund within 2 business days of the date of payment. Work completed will be billed at the hourly rate of $125 and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to you. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, you will be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate.
